2 tbsp. sugar*

Preparation:  In a medium casserole, mix pudding, rice, salt and milk; cook over medium heot, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to bubble. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir again, cover and refrigerate. When pudding is cool enough, fold in dietetic topping, sweetener and vanilla. Spoon in (sherbet) glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg and refrigerate.
