Melba Rice

6 canned peach halves, rinsed and drained 465g 30 3

In a medium saucepan, mix rice and milk. Bring to a boil; cover and heat gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add sweetener, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cool slightly, then put in the freezer for about 20 minutes (do not allow to freeze). Fold in dietetic topping. Place 1 peach half into each dessert glass and top with rice mixture, equally divided. Melt jam overboiling water, adding 2 tsp. water if necessary. Garnish each dessert glass with this topping.
