Reparation:


Mix milk, rice, sweetener, raisins and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile mix eggs, vanilla and nutmeg. Gradually, add a little of the hot mixture to the eggs; mix well and return all the mixture to the saucepan. Cook over low heat 1 minute or so, stirring constantly (do not allow to boil). Remove from heat, cover; cool, then refrigerate. Just before serving time, fold in dietetic topping and spoon into individual little glasses.
